1964 T-Bird Convertible is a great cruiser. It is very dependable to drive. I?ve The had it in 2 car shows and it has taken a 1st and a 2nd place trophy.
The car has a 390 V8 4 barrel carburetor. It is equipped with factory air (blows cold) power steering, power brakes, power windows, power door locks. The car has dual power seats but are inoperative. It has a reclining passenger seat with built in head rest. It is equipped with an am-fm stereo including a factory rear speaker. In addition it has the swing away steering wheel.
The radial WSW tires have about 1000 miles on them. This T-Bird is displayed with the Kelsey Hayes type wire wheels.
All of the interior lights, as well as all the dash lights are in working order. The car was painted about 2 years ago. While the hood had some stone chips (to be expected) there are no excessive flaws. This Bird was repainted to the factory color of Rangoon Red.
I have a lot of chrome under the hood. The convertible top is only 7 years old. The car is garaged 24/7. The hydraulic pistons that control the top are brand new. I have the fender skirts for the car, and an extra set of tires and steel wheels with the factory spinner wheel covers.
If you?d like, there is a brand new am-fm cassette radio in the box (never installed). I also have several parts, hard to find parts, for the T-Bird.
The reason for selling this T-Bird is because I?m having a 34 Ford built so I need to make room in my garage. This car will give someone many miles of cruising fun.
