There is less than one year's wear on this room size carpet. It came new with the this home and I used it lightly for several months before deciding to replace it with tile. It was removed in one 10ft x 11ft piece. The third photo shows the carpet alongside the backing pad which is in two pieces. Call me with questions or directions to come see it and buy it.
