I am the second owner of this vehicle, the original owner had it registered and inspected in , and used it on the roads there. It is in excellent condition and draws much attention. It is a three wheel motorcycle NOT a scooter AND HAS MUCH improved performance. Like a scooter there is no shifting of gears, it is automatic.
