We offer a variety of different flats around Southport to cater to your living and budget requirements. Whether you are on benefits or working I probably have accommodation to suit. The usual rates for bedsits is £75, studios £90 and one bedroom flats start from £100. Typically rent is to be paid monthly in advance on a per callender month basis by direct debit. There are no agency fees or renewal charges for the tenancy agreements. Please can all enquirees be by telephone call. No children or pets are allowed and over 35s only please.
