Expect slow, focused movements, tuning in to our subconscious habits of holding the body with the aim of recalibrating for more freedom and mobility. Held at the Yoga Barn in Pollok Park, Glasgow, taught by Siobhan.

Tuesdays 7.15 - 8.15pm
Bring an extra layer to keep cosy during slower parts of the class. The focus is on the internal sensations within your body, many movements will be low to the ground. All fitness levels are welcome, you can set your own pace. Siobhan takes the class, she is a local yoga teacher with interests in somatics, embodied movement and meditation.
