Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team in Clydach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone's individuality.Encourage and support individuals to participate in social, leisure, and educational activities.Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided.Requirements:
