The responsibility of a Recruitment Consultant is twofold; to achieve the very highest level in terms of revenue generation and to act as a mentor for other consultants in the business, being a representative for both the company brand and industry. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for supporting their manager in the contribution towards the sales strategy for their division.
Duties and responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive candidate registration interview and pre-screening activities whilst ensuring all documentation relating to a candidate is complete including references, equality monitoring forms etc prior to the candidate being assigned to a client.
Provide candidates with a comprehensive overview of roles and responsibility of positions available. Candidates must be fully briefed PRIOR to assignment start as appropriate to minimise inconsistency and any misunderstanding and ultimately to ensure suitability
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing a portfolio of strategically important accounts, developing a contact base that generates a consistently high revenue base for your division
As a member of the team, you offer guidance to your colleagues and assist team members with management of client and candidate situations as they arise; always employing superior behaviours to assist in the decision-making process.
