Our client, Brent Direct is a residential and Commercial Pest Control and Environmental service provider. They provided a fast and efficient pest control service for residential and commercial clients. They are professional, friendly and discreet, offering advice on all aspects of prevention and control of insect and rodent pests. Based in North West London and Surrey, they operate throughout Greater London and the Home Counties.
They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Pest Control Technician to undertake pest management works throughout London and the surrounding areas.

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:
Involvement in resolving day to day pest control issues for residential and commercial clients. The ability to problem solving Providing recommendations where required in order to resolve customers issues is essential for the role.
As the successful candidate, you should have:
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in the pest control industry. Excellent ability to communicate with clients of all types. Good written communication skills. Minimum qualification requirement of BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management. Experience in all aspects of pest management works including rodents, wasps, ants, flies, bedbugs, fleas, textile pests, stored product insects and bird proofing. Possess a good understanding of onsite health and safety, CSCS certification would be beneficial. Confident in using IT, including a tablet-based diary and job reporting system. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Able to work flexible hours when required. The successful candidate will be required to manage an existing client base whilst actively seeking out new customers.
