Description

We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. Here at Havebury Housing, we are looking for a People and Payroll Administrator to join our fantastic People Team! The purpose of this role is to assist the People Team in providing comprehensive administrative support for People Operations and Payroll functions with a focus on offering an exceptional People experience. This position is a new role and would be ideal if you are self-reliant with a structured methodical approach, and a desire to achieve results.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities

Own and process HR administrative tasks i.e. co-ordination of new starter process, booking of training, general confidential correspondence, probation reviews, responding to reference requests, DBS renewals, maintenance of vehicle-related documents Monitor the both the People and Payroll inbox, handling general enquiries or communicating to the appropriate person where appropriate in a timely manner Monitor the People inbox on our 8X8 telephone system, ensuring that voicemails are responded and dealt with in a timely manner Assist with payroll administration tasks such as overtime process, expenses and third-party payments and liaison with internal and external parties Coordinate the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management We are looking for someone who has

CIPD level 3 or equivalent Proven work experience as an HR Administrator/Payroll Administrator?or relevant role Payroll administration experience Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills Benefits
