Your new roleIn your new role, you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for producing monthly management accounts. You will work as part of a team alongside experienced partners & accountants and show confidence in building lasting relationships. You will ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis and assist in decision–making for local teams through the provision of information and performance analysis. You will be responsible for a team of trainees and support their professional development and take leadership for the team's output.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need to be a Newly Qualified Accountant, with excellent attention to detail and a technical skill set. You will be commercially minded and have the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders. You must be organised, self–motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
