Busy professional principals are looking for a Maintenance Person for their beautiful country property near Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX20. This is a live out or live in role and you will be provided with accommodation on the grounds if you live in. You must have a driving licence for this role.
Package Offered
£40,000 - £50,000 gross per year depending on experience.

Family Background
The principals are keen to find a long-term and reliable maintenance person to look after their property. The property is surrounded by beautiful grounds. Multiple members of staff work in the property and you should be happy to work as part of a team.
Duties
Your role will be to oversee the infrastructure of the property to ensure functionality and safety on site, such as: project work, painting & decorating, carpentry, minor electricity & plumbing, assembling furniture, changing lightbulbs, general gardening etc. ensuring the highest standard of the maintenance and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
You should be happy to help the gardeners with general gardening and landscaping when required. Occasional driving duties are required, including collecting and dropping off in the local area, airport runs and delivery of vehicles.
You should be a team player with a willingness to learn a positive outlook and a good sense of humour. A self-starter and be able to use your own initiative to get the job done. Flexible, calm under pressure and ability to work well within a team, but also take charge when required.

The property is located near Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX20. You will be provided accommodation on the grounds with all utilities covered if you decide to live in.
Days/Hours
Working 40 hours each week
Working Monday to Friday
Flexibility is expected, especially during holidays
Any overtime worked will be given back as time in lieu or paid in overtime
Special Skills
You should have experience working as a maintenance person. You should be detailed oriented and be able to prioritise and have good time management skills. The successful candidate will be friendly and discreet, with energy and enthusiasm for the role. You must have a driving licence for this role.
