Position: HR Advisor

Location: Pontefract, West Yorkshire

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 34,500 - 37,000.

Overview of the Role:

As a HR Advisor you will provide comprehensive support to the organisation's human resources function. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and other HR-related activities. The is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

What will you do as a HR Advisor:

Support the delivery of the organisations people strategy.Provide a comprehensive and professional HR service by developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders.Influence the development of the culture across the organisation to further enhance their empowered, high quality, efficient and high performing workforce.Build the reputation of the organisation as a people centered and a career enhancing employer.Work at both an operational and strategic level, ensuring full alignment to the short, medium and long-term business objectives.Support leadership teams with all elements of people management activities.Build capability levels through effective training and development.

What you will need as HR Advisor:

CIPD Level 5 with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.Strong HR Generalist experience.Excellent communicator.Have the desire to develop.Be an excellent team player.Attention to detail.
