A fast-paced and reputable academy group located in South London, offering hybrid working of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

Description

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:

Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters

Supporting in all areas of employee relations; disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence management, performance etc

Escalating complex cases to HRBPs

Assisting with any organisational change programmes

Advising and supporting the recruitment team.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor must have:

HR Officer / Advisor experience

Experience working within education or the public sector would be desirable

CIPD Level 5 would be beneficial but not essential

Flexibility around going into the office to various academy sites.
