Ich suche ab Januar 2025 bis April 2025 für den Zeitraum einen Unter Zwischenmieter (Studenten, Monteure, etc.) für meine Wohnung bei Rastatt. Ich bin für diesen Zeitraum im Ausland unterwegs und möchte das die Wohnung in guten Händen von jemandem zufälligen über die Winterzeit bewohnt ist.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rhein und grenznah zwischen Frankreich und Deutschland.
