Hallo, ich suche eine Halle Lagerraum für eine Nebentätigkeit. ( für Gravur Arbeiten mit einer co2 Lasermaschine )

Die Halle Lagerraum sollte gut erreichbar sein und sollte auch ein Waschbecken mit dabei haben.

Ich wäre bereit bis zu 380 Warmmiete zu bezahlen, sie soll auch nicht groß sein, mir würde 15 bis 30 Quadrat Meter reichen.
