An exciting role has arisen for a talented German speaker! We are looking for a fluent German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join luxury interior brands and their team based in Loughborough, East Midlands.
The package:
Salary: 27,000 + 5% discretionary bonusWorking hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.Location: Southwest LondonMinimum of 25 days holidays plus bank holidays + birthday off.About you:

You will be responsible for:
Managing the full order life cycle for international retail B2B customers across brands.Building relationships with key contacts, sales managers, agents, and distributors.Providing world beating customer service and technical support on product and delivery issues.Supporting the International sales team in growing and acquiring new accounts.Working with various departments and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Improving processes and service quality.You need to have:
Capable of self-motivation, multitasking, and effective prioritisation.Excellent team player.Minimum GCSE's including English & Maths and/or equivalent.Customer service experience, minimum of 1 year, preferably B2B.Fluent/native German speaker (written and spoken).Experience of international shipping is an advantage.Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in a desk-oriented role with MS Office and ERP systems.Interest in fabrics, wallpapers, and paint.To apply, please send your CV in English and in Word format to Tom.
