Front Line Support Specialist
I'm working with an innovative digital publishing company who are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Front Line Support Specialist.
This role is remote however, you will be required to travel to the office on certain occasions.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough diagnosis of issues, distinguishing between user-related problems, front-end issues, CMS challenges, and API complications.Utilize reporting tools to track key performance indicators and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.Provide support to users with varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring clarity and understanding.Document and maintain an extensive knowledge base to facilitate quick and accurate issue resolution.Continuously update documentation to reflect changes in processes, technologies, and common support issues.Undertake occasional project management tasks to provide coverage during holiday periods.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project transitions and maintain service excellence.Requirements
