If so, we are recruiting for a Sales Consultant whose responsibility it will be to: Meet and greet customers who visit the dealership.Create relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying and truly understanding their individual needsUtilise your existing negotiating and selling skills to convert leads into profitable sales while complying with FCA procedures.Ensure your customers are kept up to date every step of the way through their journey, from initial contact and placing an order, to handover and continued satisfaction after they drive away.Seek opportunities to upsell, while remaining realistic.Strive to exceed sales targets (commission is uncapped!)
