Never Worn with Box & Papers
This is Panerai's first Luminor with the locking crown to hold their in house 8 day movement. It also has the GMT function and has a 44 mm stainless steel 1950 style case. It comes on a cool black leather "tunnel" strap that is only found on this model. This is the first model with a Panerai made in house movement. As a collector, I believe that makes this a very special model and highly collectible. Not only is it their first in house, movment, but it happens to be a fantastic movement! True to Panerai's roots, it is mechanical but last for 8 days. Paying respect to the Angelus 8 day movement found in some vintage Panerai models, this is one great movement. The exhibition back shows off this beautiful movement. Honestly, I can't believe this model is selling under retail. In my opinion, this will only go up in value over time. I do know from my own experience that this is one of my best selling models! I wish I could find more of them.
