My story

　　Looking for low key love on 4 legs? Look no further than Lindsey! Her story of resiliency is missing one final piece.. a forever home!

　　Lindsey is our resident love bug! She's a 50ish pound, sweet and affectionate, 7-year-old boxer mix! Lindsey loves people and is always happy to meet new friends - it's a bonus if you have yummy snacks for her, but not a requirement, she truly loves everyone! (Really, adults, kids - she's happy to be in your presence!)

　　She's calm, well-behaved, and doesn't bark at delivery drivers or the mailman. Lindsey has been in the care of our rescue SINCE DECEMBER of 2022, when her previous shelter no longer had capacity to care for her. She went to a foster home for a bit, where we found out how great she is in the house, but now she's back at the shelter, waiting for a family to call her own! She enjoyed lounging around with friends, snuggles, and all the affection you can give her!

　　Lindsey is currently in one of our condos, where she doesn't destroy anything, loves having a couch to snooze on, and does well at going potty outside. She can be found playfully trotting around with a stuffy toy, and soaking up some sun rays in the grass, but she'd really rather be with you!

　　If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, Lindsey is the perfect dog for you! Let's help her find the loving home she deserves!
