This is a fabulous guitar. I am the original owner of this guitar, and it has actually served me well. The jumbo body style offers rich deep bass tones while the second octave strings produce a gorgeous mix of treble tones.
This guitar cost $1600 back in 1999. Taylor's keep their value and I was mentioned to that it needs to cost 80 % of its original value This would indicate I could ask $1,280. Not too numerous of these on the market, I saw one published on Ebay for $1395 !! Crazy.
I have equipped this guitar with an electrical bridge pickup and it sounds amazing with a PA or an acoustic amplifier.
In February of 2013, I had this guitar fully serviced and tuned at an expense of $225 (I have the receipt). We ended up replacing the very first 4 worries and leveling the remainder. Included is a bone saddle that sounds various depending on the strings utilized. I utilize Elixir strings and find the manufacturing facility saddle to be the the best for my PA setup.
This guitar has been kept in it's original case that is included with a sound hole humidifier. Our studio in our home is in the basement offering even temperature levels and humidity year round.
There is one tiny-tiny-tiny ding that I could not get to show up on a picture.
