Customer Service Advisor
Salary: 23,000- 25,000
Location Orpington
Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm Friday 8:45am- 5pm
My exclusive client based in Orpington is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor into their Customer Success Team. You will be joining a well-developed company where retention is so high people haven't left for over 10 years. You will be responsible for gaining, demonstrating and having an all-round knowledge of all 4 departments within their customer care team.
My client is looking for someone who is eager to get into the office environment and provide support regarding their products, billing issues and demonstrating a clear understanding of the clients needs.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Providing first class customer service to all customers by meeting their expectations
- Offering 1st line support on all enquires which vary from their 0800 numbers, broadband etc
- Investigating customers orders and arranging/overseeing couriers with deliveries and delays
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensuring they are satisfied with their service
- Taking payments from customers and investigating any discrepancies on their invoice
- Maintaining the CRM system with customer details with correct contact details etc
- Identify sales opportunities if they identify a possible need- getting booked in with sales team
Requirements and experience of this Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent customer service experience via telephone
- Some administration experience
- Experience using systems or CRM system
- Good standard of excel experience
- A bubbly go getting personality
- It literate
