Vintage 1900 metal shade pool snooker kitchen

This, I think, came from an old house and was in the billiards room. Large at 20 9inches by 20 inches. Very heavy and I think steel. Hangs by 4 chains from hook on light fitting. Think it is about 1900 as came with gas fittings originally. Steel casing has 1 or so small bend
